I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Central Florida and graduated from Troy University with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychology. My Philosophy focuses on the Mind and Body Connection and understanding how it is a key factor in maintaining happiness alignment and well-being.
