For 3 years I ran a local brokerage of about 500 agents. I increased the number of agents, sales, and put a succession plan in place. When we hit the recession we all had to pivot. Here we are again, our world changed overnight.
My job is to educate, set expectations, and be your guide between where you are and where you want to be. Real Estate is about making houses homes, and human adventure. It is a socially responsible career and demands humor, compassion, and professional skills to move people.
