Finnegan Development is a relatively small company that provides full service General Contracting, Design & Construction Management Services. We were founded primarily as a Development Company. From 1996-2006, most of our work has been on owned properties for purposes of condo conversions. Our last development was a 25-unit loft conversion of an old furniture warehouse in Chicago's Uptown neighborhood. Since then, we have worked solely for others. Our client work has ranged in size from $50,000 to more than $600,000. We keep our overhead low to stay very competitive in today's cost conscious environment. Much of our work is performed with an "in-house" crew of 6-10 carpenters, allowing us better control of schedule & budget. Some of the trades performed by our employees include Demo, rough & finished carpentry, drywall, painting & tile. We have long-lasting sub-contractor relationships with very experienced sub-contractors for any/all other trades involved in your construction project.
