I had some red haired guy come to my house tonight (Lea Eara Farms Middletown, DE) representing Pinnacle Energy(doors, windows, siding, etc.). First, he ran my doorbell twice and wasn't leaving. I answered the door and explained I wasn't interested and why. He kept talking and acted like he was not hearing me. I politely wished him a goodnight and he gave me a hard look and attitude before leaving. I went out my garage to see what this visibly angry guy might do while walking off my property. He walked all the way through my yard before leaving. I get salesman all the time at my house and I can honestly say this guy was the worst. I will never recommend or consider using Pinnacle if he represents them as a company and obviously he does. RESPONSE FROM PINNACLE ENERGY: Not 100% that it would be a representative of ours. First, all our representative wear uniforms and have badges with their names in BOLD. Second, they are trained and expected to adhere to very strict policies with respect to soliciting door to door. We have high regards to all potential clients and the action described in the review is contrary to the experience we hope to leave behind with any prospect. We will attempt to find the individual that meets the description and interview him. If in fact we have someone that fits that description and find he acted inappropriate, we will take necessary action. It must be noted that there are many other companies that canvass door to door some of which as less than professional and I would not put to pass them to use our name in order to get a bad review.

Pinnacle send a representative out to discuss roof. They where sort of in the middle of the other quotes we received. Decided to contract with them. DOnt really trust contractors to keep their promise with start dates, etc. Surprised that not only the keep thier word for a one day job but it was completed a week before their start date.Reliable contractor and would use them again. Tim Anderson, Wilmington, Del

I recently had an estimate from Pinnacle Energy. I must say, nothing but professional and courteous. The Rep did a thorough measurement of my roof and windows and was very knowledgeable. I am still in the planning stages on my end to start this big job, but if you are looking for a company that is prompt and up-front, give Pinnacle Energy a call!
