It's raining in my living room. They came to repair my roof a month ago and all they did was make it worse. So, now it is raining in my living room and dining room. Many calls to them ignored, many promises, told 5 times that someone would come back out and fix it . . No one ever shows up.. Even the owner had appointment with me and never showed up.. No call backs.. nothing. My ceiling is being damaged more with every rainfall. Also price gouged me 3 days before a hurricane. Other companies charge $75-$150 to secure a ridge vent, Curtis-the Con-Man WIllis, their salesman charged me a whopping $450!! Then demanded a 10% down payment to lock me in and to prevent me from calling other companies.. He knew the hurricane was heading for us and that I had a roof leak and was worried about the ceiling collapsing.. rn I am a Senior living on Social Security and cant afford to lose this much money when it's still leaking..and will have to pay another company to fix what they have done.. . let alone the cost to repair the damaged to the ceiling after they have ignored the problem for so many weeks..
