Jonathan Hays ratiing is a negative 1000. I just got defrauded of $800 by this man. He took $800 from me with the promise to help take out a playground and the last time I spoke with him before he stopped picking my call, he said he doesn't have the tools to do the job and has not refunded my money. He goes by different names like George and his business name also sometime changes to Artisan Services. He posts ad in Lexington craigslist, Louisville craigslist etc. He is a fraudstar and under a few investigations.Please do not fall for his schemes.

I just did business with KY Boys Moving and Transport: unprofessional, deceptive,careless in damaging property and worst of all: in my trying to resolve issues with them they texted me "F" word, used racial slur...See my complaint against therm with Kentucky Consumer Protection

When I first read all the comments I must admit that I was nervous, but I experienced something quite different. They were actually really great! They communicated very well, had reasonable rates, and kept all their promises. I'm actually considering using them for some of my corporate jobs. I couldn't be more pleased. Anyone that has a negative comment I suspect doesnt appreciate southern hospitality, but I would much rather have some hard working and respectful county boys than be a number for some corporation. Big ol ky boys did "work hard fer me!!"

DUDE! These guys were great. They eve nbrough that plastic wrap stuff for my musical instruments. They one guy wouldn't stop. He practically ran with heavy boxes until the move was finished. They even offered to be me pizza and Gatorade.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I wish I would have heard of this website or seen the reviews before hiring these MORONS! They PRETEND to be very professional and courteous. They were an hour and a half late, damaged 3 pieces of my furniture and denied it and then cussed me out and hung up on me when I asked for insurance info. I later found out these scammers have NO BUSINESS LICENSE and the so called "Owner" lives in a HOMELESS SHELTER!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE LOSERS!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! HE ADVERTISES UNDER MORE THAN ONE NAME AND USES MULTIPLE PHONE NUMBERS!!

These guys moved my elderly mother s things from an assisted living facility. They were great. One fellow even brought his wife to pack belongings and hang pictures. They brought everything imaginable to make the move go smoothly during a very difficult time.

If I could give negative 500 stars I would!! I sheduled John to move me this morning, 12 days ago. He didn't show up or answer when I.called to see what was going on. He text messages me hours later saying they were having issues with the truck and they would be at my house at 1pm. At 1:30 I kind of figured they weren't coming. I called, straight to voicemail. I was so upset I cried myself to sleep. Around 3pm he called and said he could move me later this evening. I declined, its over 100 degrees outside. We settled on moving me tomorrow morning at 8am. For assurance, I asked him if he was for sure coming, and let him know that while he was ignoring me, I did some research. And this isn't the first time he had stood someone up, based on these reviews. I let him know how much of an inconvience today was and that I just wanted to make sure that he actually came. I mean, he stood me up not once but TWICE today. Do u even wanna know what his response was? Lol, he had the nerve to tell me that I had been aggravating him ALL day (id only sent him a couple of text messages after he didn't show up this morning and then again this afternoon) and that I should find me some other movers. And what makes the whole thing worse is that he called me back on my daughters phone! She called him once herself to see if he would pick up but it went straight to voicemail. He must have some type of ignore app bc we all know that if a phone is dead and no voicemail is left there is no record of the call. Please save yourself the stress and disappointment and avoid using this company!

Can you give no stars? We had an appt. for 10 a.m. They never showed or called-and wouldn't return our calls. Wasted day off of work and had to arrange for other movers. Don't waste your time!

I scheduled a cross country move with Jonathan Hays, Big Ol KY Boys Moving. I had to get to the West Coast to begin a new job. I confirmed with Mr Hays the night before and he said he would arrive to load my household at 11AM. HE DID NOT SHOW AT 11AM. HE DID NOT CALL, NOR WOULD HE ANSWER HIS PHONE. As you can imagine, my employment has been affected, my personal life and financial situation has been affected. I had my entire life planned around this move. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN, he is unreliable.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I scheduled a pack and move with them and they did not show up. I see from other comments that this is not the first time. I will be calling the BBB. They are punks because they were hiding behind there ansering machine scared to answer the phone.
