Cornell's Floor Sanding, Inc. is family owned and operated, fully licensed, bonded and insured. The company was established in 1990 and initially was intended to be a floor sanding company. There were virtually so much potential in the market at that point and we have experienced rapid growth simply by being willing to accept the new challenges. Within a year, beside sanding and installing hardwood floors we start vinyl, ceramic, marble, wood molding , trim stairs and railings, deck sanding /repair , concrete and wood floor leveling, and much more.
